[SBI Digital Markets and Ember Explore On-Chain Distribution of RWA] According to a TechFlow report on November 3rd, SBI Digital Markets and Ember Protocol signed a memorandum of understanding to explore the structuring, tokenization, and on-chain distribution of institutional real-world assets (RWAs), initially targeting the Arbitrum network. The two companies plan to combine SBI Digital Markets' asset development, structuring, and institutional distribution capabilities with Ember's tokenization, vault deployment, and liquidity infrastructure to explore RWA products designed and distributed by SBI Digital Markets and operated through Ember's infrastructure. The collaboration will cover product issuance, investor subscription and redemption, settlement, and secondary markets.
