I watched that pre-market rebound for almost half an hour, and the more I watched, the more uneasy I felt. The Nasdaq dropped 2.86 points on Friday, the NVD dropped 4.2 points in one day, and the S&P only dropped 1.82%. None of the six rising stocks were tech, while the tech led the five falling stocks. Futures rose less than 1 point today. Apple won't release its figures until after the market closes tonight. Tomorrow it's AMD, the day after Qualcomm and ARM. The main focus this week is earnings reports; the indices are just following the market. I'll only consider this rebound valid if the S&P 500 climbs back above 7700 this week.
