[Binance: More Withdrawals Expected to Open on November 3, New Reserve Snapshot to be Generated on November 4] According to Foresight News, Binance released a progress announcement regarding the security incident recovery, stating that it is restoring withdrawal services for more networks and assets. The next phase is expected to open on November 3, and will be implemented gradually. Specific arrangements will be announced separately. Furthermore, the complete zero-knowledge proof for Binance's reserve snapshot at 08:00 on October 31 has been generated. Users holding any of the following tokens—BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC—can now independently verify whether their account balance is backed by at least 1:1 reserves through the verification tool on the reserve proof website. Binance plans to generate a new round of reserve snapshots on November 4, expanding the token coverage. The complete zero-knowledge proof is expected to take approximately 40 to 50 hours to generate. Binance stated that it has completed the recovery of approximately 95% of the affected assets. The remaining 5% mainly consists of tokens outside the top ten in market capitalization and with lower liquidity, which will require more time to complete the purchase. Binance reiterated that it will bear all losses of funds stolen in this security incident.
