Binance has achieved 95% recovery of affected assets, with the remaining approximately 5% consisting of less liquid tokens outside the top ten. Binance plans to conduct a new snapshot covering more tokens on November 4th, with the complete zero-knowledge proof expected to take 40 to 50 hours to generate.
