[KAST Founder: No Platform Token Issuance, User Points to be Converted to KAST Pioneer Units]
Odaily Planet Daily reports that Raagulan Pathy, founder of stablecoin payment platform KAST, stated that KAST will not issue a platform token. Instead, it plans to convert user points into KAST Pioneer Units issued by a KAST-affiliated special purpose entity (SPV). This plan has completed legal reviews in multiple countries and received investor approval. Users are expected to confirm the conversion through the application in early December.
Pathy stated that KAST will arrange periodic redemption events, but cannot guarantee specific redemption amounts, timings, or returns. The company hopes that this mechanism will allow community users to share in the development achievements of KAST while avoiding the potential misallocation of benefits that can occur with traditional token issuance.
