I just read TokenInsight's "Q3 2026 Cryptocurrency Exchange Report," and among so many CEXs, @Bitget_zh stands out in TradFi perpetual contracts, having already entered the ranks of top CEXs. It must be said, BG's performance over the past few years has indeed been outstanding.
Let's look at some data: In Q3 2026, BG's TradFi perpetual contract trading volume accounted for 22.06% of its total derivatives trading volume, ranking second only to Binance's 26.25%, and ahead of MEXC's 17.38%, OKX's 15.76%, and Gate's 12.32%. In other words, over one-fifth of BG's derivatives business trading volume now comes from traditional financial assets such as stocks and commodities, rather than just crypto assets like BTC and ETH.
In the perpetual stock contract market, BG ranks third with a 7.60% share, behind only Binance (58.60%) and OKX (15.79%). Bitget has entered the competitive ranks of the top-tier CEXs.
The competition among CEXs is gradually shifting from simply vying for crypto asset trading volume to competing for broader financial asset trading demand. For BG, its 22.06% share of TradFi trading is a positive sign, indicating that the platform has achieved a certain scale of business in the traditional asset trading sector.
Of course, a high trading volume share does not guarantee continued leadership. The next key areas to observe are liquidity depth, coverage of popular assets, user retention, and trading activity under different market conditions.
Overall, the biggest takeaway is that the growth potential of CEXs may no longer be limited to the crypto market itself. Whoever can better connect Crypto and TradFi will have the opportunity to gain a more proactive position in the next phase of exchange competition.
