The US government has started transferring Bitcoin out of its wallets again! Within 32 hours, 6215.7 BTC, worth $520 million, were directly deposited into Coinbase Prime. Historically, every time the US government does this, BTC has initially dropped: It dropped 2% after the June 2024 transfer, and 3.6% after the August 2024 transfer.
