[Trump: Iran Hopes for Deal, But the US May Have to Take Action Someday] BlockBeats reports that on November 2nd, US President Trump, in a media interview, was asked if he believed Iran needed regime change. Trump stated, "In a sense, we've already overthrown the Iranian regime. We've done it twice. Whether a deal will be reached with Iran remains to be seen, but you could say Iran very much wants a deal." When asked if he was surprised by Iran's resilience, Trump said, "I don't know what you mean by 'resilience.' I've always been relatively polite to Iran because they want to negotiate, and they've been talking, but someday we will have to take action. I know some people are angry that I haven't completely destroyed Iran." (Jinshi)
