Metaplanet prepays 8 billion yen in bonds and invests the funds in Bitcoin.

Metaplanet announced that it has fully repaid its ¥8 billion tranche of ordinary bonds issued to EVO FUND ahead of schedule. The company also adjusted the use of proceeds from its 27th tranche of stock buyout rights, reallocating the ¥8 billion originally intended for bond repayment to Bitcoin purchases, increasing the planned amount for this purpose from ¥25.422 billion to ¥33.422 billion. The planned amount for Bitcoin revenue sharing remains unchanged at ¥3.714 billion.
