Wu has learned that b14g released an update on the security incident recovery, stating that the Core network has recovered approximately 68.15 million CORE tokens from three attacker-controlled addresses through a hard fork, representing 70.2% of the approximately 97.05 million CORE tokens affected in the October 31 security incident. This recovery was achieved through a one-time on-chain state adjustment, transferring the stolen tokens to a designated recovery address without rolling back transactions, issuing new tokens, or changing the total CORE supply. Currently, the recovered assets have not been distributed to affected users, and related assets held or frozen by exchanges have not yet been returned. b14g is coordinating with exchanges and law enforcement agencies on subsequent recovery efforts and is developing a user asset distribution plan. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/b14g-core-network-hard-fork-retrieves-68m-core-71157
