PandoRings attackers transferred $20 million in stolen funds.

On October 30th, the PandoRings attackers deposited 16.8 million USDT into Aave and borrowed 5,000 ETH. They then repaid the debt and withdrew the collateral, exchanging 16.7 million DAI for 7,548 ETH and depositing 4,000 ETH into TornadoCash. This project was previously involved in a $20 million theft on November 5th, 2022, due to an oracle vulnerability. (PeckShieldAlert)
