To be honest, Binance's recent hack was definitely not staged! Because it's utterly pointless. No one in their right mind would fake a hack! You'd have to compensate users for their money, and you wouldn't get a single penny back. Now even Trump is involved. If they were to deceive the government, the cost would be far more than just a few billion dollars. Is it really worth losing around 400 million users and destroying nine years of accumulated wealth for a few billion dollars? Moreover, the market has already shifted from bear to bull, and Binance is a top-tier exchange; everyone knows how powerful it is in attracting funds during a bull market. Furthermore, Binance isn't short of money. This year, their US stock tokenization business has taken off, boasting the fastest growth and top-ranking data among all exchanges. Based on a rough estimate of over $40 billion in trading volume, with a transaction fee rate of around 0.05%, the profit from fees alone would exceed tens of millions of dollars per quarter. This doesn't even include bStocks' other businesses, Binance's core platform, spot futures trading, etc. Whether viewed from a neutral, neutral, or lateral perspective, the cost of a self-directed and staged cryptocurrency theft far exceeds that of a genuine theft. @cz_binance @heyibinance
