[Talis Protocol Suffers Attack, 5700 NFTs Stolen; Platform Suspends Listings and Auctions and Compensates Users] According to Jinse Finance, on November 2nd, Talis Protocol tweeted that on October 31st, attackers exploited a vulnerability in its Injective marketplace and auction contract to steal approximately 5700 escrowed NFTs, which were then sold through a series of publicly available buyout offers. The platform has suspended new listings and auctions on Injective, returning over 26,000 NFTs within the contract to their original holders. New listings and auctions on other chains have also been suspended, but existing offers can still be cancelled. The patched contract is undergoing pre-deployment review. The platform is developing a plan to return the affected NFTs to their original holders and compensate those who placed orders for completed bids.
