THE BLOCK: North Korean hackers have laundered about $242 million of the Binance funds they stole on Tron in two days, according to onchain analyst @SomaXBT. More than half went out through Relay, THORChain, Chainflip and Symbiosis. Now the FBI wants THORChain to block the hackers. THORChain’s co-founder @CBarraford hasn’t said whether node operators will go along with the block request, and Symbiosis admitted its screening has “gaps.” On Sunday, the hackers started swapping SOL for bitcoin through Relay after the FBI had already flagged their Solana wallet. @Elliptic says the whole thing looks scripted, running around the clock, but doesn't necessarily suggest AI agents are being used.
