The first batch of shares is being transferred to an escrow account and will be distributed to children aged 11 to 17 in their zip code districts with a median household income of no more than $57,000, as well as to children of the same age in their zip code districts where income data is not publicly available due to low population density. Eligible families will be notified by Monday. A second donation will be finalized in a few weeks, covering children from families of overseas military personnel, foster children, and children of the same age in certain Texas counties with a median household income of no more than $90,000. The U.S. Treasury Department, the IRS, and the Dell Foundation, among others, participated in this donation.
