Bitcoin is 18 years old. In those 18 years, the industry has been continuously improving its surrounding infrastructure: exchanges, wallets, programmable smart contracts, and cross-chain functionality. Today, the industry has gone through several stages of asset issuance models. Stage 1: Bitcoin created a new digital asset, a consensus similar to gold; almost no human being could resist its appeal. Simultaneously, digital precious metals imitating Bitcoin were issued, such as Litecoin claiming to be silver. Stage 2: Ethereum made issuing token assets simpler, requiring only the writing of a programmable contract, without needing to re-understand cryptography and timestamps. Stablecoins were born. Stage 3: Exchanges launched platform tokens, and public chains competing with Ethereum emerged. Cross-chain functionality arose, each with its own unique features, but essentially still addressing Ethereum's shortcomings. Stage 4: US Stocks on Blockchain? Or AI on Blockchain? I don't believe that US stocks on blockchain will bring real change to the industry, but its value is undeniable. AI is the future, and while Huggingface has two million open-source models, only Deepseek and Kimi have secured funding. This is due to the inefficiency of traditional finance. Huggingface has tens of thousands of open-source models with tens of millions of downloads, and GitHub has millions of AI applications with tens of millions of uses, yet they can't get funding. Everyone is forced to buy into a few giant AI companies, which isn't what financial freedom should look like. This is a problem that the spirit of Bitcoin can solve. Please share your thoughts.
