Temporary delays are expected. "PHASE ONE" covers 15 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Ten major digital asset balances are fully backed, according to Binance. Deposits remain open. Binance says it will absorb all losses, with none passed on to users. The exchange reassured that it has covered about 95% of the amount impacted by the exploit. The remaining 5% involves less liquid tokens still being sourced.
