On November 1st, Binance released a security incident recovery update, announcing the resumption of the first phase of withdrawal services from 14:00 to 17:00, initially supporting networks and assets including BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP, and SUI. Deposit services remain open. Binance will prioritize based on user demand data and gradually open other networks and assets after completing security and stability checks. Initially, some users may experience withdrawal delays or failures.
