[Meta and Chinese company Fourier develop humanoid robot prototype in 3 months] According to a Reuters report citing The Information, sources familiar with the matter revealed that Meta, in collaboration with the Chinese robotics company Fourier Intelligence, developed a humanoid robot prototype in just about three months and has already begun developing a second-generation product. The prototype, internally codenamed Max, weighs approximately 106 pounds (about 48 kilograms). Meta views the humanoid robot as the physical embodiment of its Muse intelligent agent, hoping it will perform various household tasks. Meta stated that it currently has no plans to sell these robots.
