Binance has released a security incident update, announcing that it has recovered 90% of the stolen assets. The ten major tokens—BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC—are now 100% backed by reserves. The remaining 10% of less liquid assets are being replenished through ongoing buybacks via the open market and OTC channels. The funds used for this replenishment include: deploying a portion of the SAFU (Security Investor Protection Fund), allocating a portion of the contract insurance fund balance exceeding regulatory and risk control requirements, and utilizing Binance's own corporate vault reserves. Binance will subsequently replenish the SAFU fund to approximately $1 billion. Furthermore, Binance completed a new Proof-of-Reserves (PoR) snapshot on October 31, 2026 at 08:00 UTC+8, and expects to generate a complete zero-knowledge proof (zk-PoR) for user verification on November 3. https://www.(wublock123.com)/news/binance-recovers-90-percent-stolen-funds-71094
