[US Media: Trump May Be More Inclined to Military Action Against Iran if Republicans Lose Midterm Elections] According to Axios, a US official stated that if Republicans suffer a crushing defeat in the midterm elections, Trump may be more inclined to order a large-scale military operation. The official said, "If Trump feels embarrassed or deprived of power, he will take bold action. That's what everyone is telling the Iranians. Now is the best time for them to reach an agreement." However, a White House official indicated that the election results will not influence Trump's decisions on Iran. (Jinshi)
