Elon Musk's Grok now supports Alipay and UnionPay payments, and subscribers can select Mainland China as their region. According to IT Home, Grok, the AI assistant from Musk's xAI, now accepts payments via China UnionPay and Alipay on its subscription page, with the option to select Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan as the region. Previously, some users had seen Alipay's option in a limited rollout, but it has only recently been rolled out on a large scale. Because X and Grok share the same payment system, subscribing to X Premium with Alipay now also grants access to Grok Plus-level benefits. First-time Grok subscribers also enjoy a 50% discount on the first month.
