He ordered that any threat, at any level and in any form, must be responded to immediately and effectively, without geographical limitations. Mojtaba emphasized that if the enemy launches another military or terrorist attack, the Iranian armed forces and the Iranian people will determine the time and conditions for the end of the conflict. He also stressed the need to strengthen the military intelligence system, deepen homeland defense capabilities in both the "theoretical" and "tactical" fields, enhance modern defense and security capabilities through new technologies, strengthen morale and fighting will, and continuously and tirelessly guarantee the living needs and logistical support of the armed forces. His directives also require updating the target list to ensure that all tangible and intangible assets of hostile forces from the United States and Israel are within the range of Iranian armed forces. Mujtaba expressed his gratitude for the firm stance shown by the resistance fronts of different countries, and pointed out that unity across all sectors is a decisive variable in shaping a new political and security order in West Asia, and is of strategic significance.
