I'm still holding my long positions in Google, and I even added to them last night after it broke below 280.
Then, after closing out my Micron positions, I waited for it to drop below 900, and it did last night, giving me another opportunity. Although it's now back around 900, the US stock market is closed.
But the price is still not very high. The main focus is still on oil prices.
This morning, the market released information about third-party countries mediating US-Iran peace talks, and WTI oil prices fell from 105 to around 103. US stocks also recovered slightly at the end of the day.
Next week, we'll see how the midterm elections go. Historically, risk markets (US stocks + Bitcoin) have rebounded after midterm elections.
However, this year there are some issues, such as the sudden BN security incident, which will likely be digested gradually.
The main factors are oil prices, US-Iran geopolitics, and the midterm elections next week. Once the results are in, it's over.
It must be said that US stocks are still very volatile, sometimes fluctuating 1-2 times a day.
As long as there are no black swan events at the macro level, the risk for core heavyweight stocks is still very low.
Overall, holding onto the orders.
Happy last day of October! Have a great weekend. Take some time to calm down, and keep going next week.
