Why buy US stocks at the 200-day moving average around $680?
US stocks never truly break below the 200-day moving average during an uptrend. Any break below is a deviation, and buying at that level is essentially free money.
You should buy as long as the price approaches the 200-day moving average.
For a true bear market, the price needs to break below the 200-day moving average, be rejected at the 200-day moving average, and then turn downwards.
Buying at the 200-day moving average is likely a losing proposition; a break below the 200-day moving average signals a bear market.
