Brothers, if you're grinding Primus, remember to complete your task points! Task entry: https://s.kaito.ai/xKLA1Sx Recently, while observing the BNB ecosystem, I noticed a very real problem. Institutions want to participate, but everything on the blockchain is public, and many financial activities must be kept confidential. What @primus_labs is doing on BNB is trying to simultaneously achieve both confidentiality and verifiability. They use zkTLS to prove the authenticity of data returned by web pages or APIs without exposing the original content; then they use FHE to perform calculations directly on encrypted data, ensuring that sensitive information such as balances and amounts doesn't require decryption. Confidential Vault is an example: converting stablecoins into encrypted versions allows for transfers and deposits into vaults to earn yield, without revealing the specific amount or holding size on the blockchain. The money is still yours, redeemed 1:1, it's just that who can see the change. Proof of Reserves follows a similar approach. Institutions can prove sufficient reserves without disclosing specific positions or customer information. For BNB, this means that stablecoins, RWA, and institutional DeFi scenarios no longer need to choose between full transparency and third-party auditing. One point I'm particularly interested in is that it doesn't pursue complete anonymity, but rather strikes a balance between "confidentiality when necessary" and "claims remaining valid." You need to prove you have the money, the qualifications, and the reserves so others can verify the claim's validity; but they don't need to know exactly how much you have, where it came from, or how you plan to use it. For institutions, this granular control is more practical than complete concealment or complete transparency. Of course, it's still in its early stages, and the actual implementation and performance remain to be seen. But in terms of direction, it is indeed answering an increasingly real question: when the BNB ecosystem wants to attract institutional users, how can it ensure that financial activities are both confidential and verifiable? Those interested can check out their Confidential Vault or Proof of Reserves products to experience this confidential yet verifiable form firsthand.
