Daily Market Analysis – BTC
This week, I repeatedly warned that "BTC's overall center of gravity is shifting downwards within the 4-hour chart structure, potentially leading to a third wave of decline." The current significant pullback has validated my predictions in both price action and overall strategy.
The current decline, accompanied by a new breakdown at the internal level and a large bearish candlestick on the daily chart, suggests that the aftershocks will continue, and the market has not fully bottomed out.
Looking at the daily chart, the price directly reached the area of our second support level mentioned earlier with a large bearish candlestick. While this area provides some structural support, its role is primarily to slow the decline; the rebound will be limited. Until a clear signal emerges in the smaller timeframes, I do not recommend excessive long positions.
From the 4-hour chart, after the price broke below the 783 area, there was a slight rebound. Essentially, this represents a reversal of support and resistance. Considering the daily support levels, the 783 and the 766 area (the "pinpoint") will be key areas of contention between bulls and bears.
This area represents clear resistance above and a pullback area after a price divergence below. The above outlines the main strategy at higher timeframes. For recent details, please refer to the smaller timeframe charts.
Looking at the internal charts on the 1-hour and lower timeframes, the entire market is enveloped in a downtrend at this timeframe. The upper resistance is clearly visible, but the lower support is quite unclear. Over the past 80 hours, the main concern has been a potential second dip after the price failed to recover above 783 following the breakout and subsequent consolidation.
In summary: While there is support at higher timeframes, the strength of the rebound after the large bearish candle is unclear. Orders should be placed only at lower support levels. The short-to-medium term trend may involve a breakout or a downtrend, with limited upside potential and significant resistance during any upward movement. Refer to smaller timeframe levels for guidance.
Simply put: Look for support at higher timeframes and resistance at smaller timeframes.
The next price consolidation zone is likely to be between 783 and 766. Trading within this range is not particularly meaningful; experienced traders can trade as they see fit, but beginners should observe more and trade less. After a breakout occurs, the following price levels are for reference:
Short-term resistance: 79168-80049 (After reaching this area, a pullback to the 78300±300 dollar range provides support)
First support: 75902-74355 (for sharp drops followed by rebounds)
Second support: 72969-71830 (for lucky trades) BTC
