Strategy (MSTR) Q3 2026 Financial Results Strategy released its Q3 2026 financial results, reporting a net profit of $19.533 billion, with net profit attributable to common shareholders at $19.119 billion, and diluted earnings per share of $44.75. This profit was primarily driven by the rise in Bitcoin prices. However, this profit is only a book profit. The report shows that Strategy's digital asset revenue in Q3 was $20.912 billion, including changes in the fair value of its bitcoin:native holdings and gains/losses from sales. Despite the significant profit in Q3, the cumulative net loss attributable to common shareholders for the first three quarters of 2026 is still $2.274 billion. In terms of holdings, Strategy bought 7,218 BTC in Q3, spending approximately $588 million, while selling 5,552 BTC, realizing approximately $349 million. After offsetting buy and sell transactions, the net increase in holdings for the quarter was 1,666 BTC, from 846,000 BTC at the end of June to 847,666 BTC at the end of September. Of the BTC sold, approximately $239.9 million was used to pay preferred stock dividends (STRC, etc.), and approximately $108.6 million was used to repurchase STRC. Strategy also raised approximately $5.408 billion in net proceeds through a market offering of MSTR in the third quarter, of which approximately $588 million was used to purchase BTC during the quarter. As of October 25, Strategy has raised approximately $21.23 billion in equity capital by 2026, holding 848,517 BTC, with a total purchase cost of approximately $64.02 billion, averaging approximately $75,446 per BTC. Strategy has repurchased approximately 20.98 million STRC shares this year, totaling about $2.04 billion, at an average price of $97.39 per share. The $3 billion digital credit securities repurchase program has approximately $957 million remaining. Strategy stated that it will continue repurchasing as long as the trading price of STRC remains below $100. Regarding USD assets, USD Reserve is approximately $4.83 billion, and USD Cash is approximately $242.4 million, totaling approximately $5.07 billion. This amount is estimated to cover approximately 3.4 years of preferred stock dividends and debt interest. Excluding Bitcoin, Strategy's total revenue in the third quarter decreased by approximately 2.5% year-over-year.
