[Coinbase Executives Plan to Sell Up to 13.6 Million Shares Worth Approximately $2.2 Billion in the Next 14 Months] According to a report by BeInCrypto on October 30th, Coinbase reported a net profit of $718.7 million in the third quarter, contrary to Wall Street's previous expectations of a loss. However, the profit primarily came from $715 million in book gains generated by the company's cryptocurrency holdings, rather than growth in trading business. Furthermore, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, co-founder Fred Ehrsam, and President Emilie Choi have submitted plans to sell up to 13.6 million shares over the next 14 months, worth approximately $2.2 billion based on the closing price on October 29th, equivalent to approximately 6% of the company's 223.7 million Class A shares.
