Here's what happened 👇 On Oct 15 Grok Bot users started hitting this message on Amazon: "Continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon's Conditions of Use." Elon's answer: "Just ask Grok to buy what you want someplace else." Then: "Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon." Meanwhile Walmart launched Agent Gateway so AI agents can shop there. Give every button, link and form field a clear text label. 5. Check robots.txt and any bot protection so legit AI agents are not blocked from browsing. 6. Add an llms.txt file describing what my site sells and where to find it. 7. Remove or delay any popup that covers the page on load. 8. Show me a before and after checklist of every fix. The stores agents can use will win. The ones that block them are betting the agents come back. They won't.
