I woke up to a devastating blow: Binance was hacked! Cause of the theft: Malicious authorization via 7702. It's unclear how the hacker obtained the 7702 delegated signature from the Binance hot wallet. This signature requires the wallet holder's signature, so it's likely that Binance's signature system was attacked. The main stolen assets were BTC and ETH, with ETH accounting for the largest share. Stablecoins have been frozen, but some altcoins remain unfrozen. ♦️217.497M ENA (US$39.51 million) ♦️7.579T PEPE (US$34.41 million) ♦️2.575M LINK (US$28.07 million) ♦️128.034K AAVE (US$15.9 million) ♦️74.56M ARB (US$11.54 million) ♦️1.938M UNI (US$12.62 million) ♦️21.852M ONDO (US$8.52 million) ♦️17.318M WLD (US$6.73 million) ♦️714.911M FUN (US$6.29 million) ♦️87.853M ZAMA (US$6.02 million) ♦️3.602M ZRO (US$5.69 million) ♦️3.382B RSR ($5.02 million) Source: @bwenews
