Etherscan data shows that this address, labeled "Binance Hot Wallet Exploiter 3," authorized depositing USDT into Aave V3 starting at 04:57 Beijing time on October 30th. It subsequently lent out approximately 19,762 ETH in two separate transactions and transferred a total of 23,314.5 ETH to another address suspected of being hacked.
