After reviewing the earnings reports of AMZN and GOOG, let's recap the technicals of the seven major tech stocks over the long term (NVDA and TSLA are long-term holdings):
NVDA: The monthly chart shows a large rising wedge pattern (bearish). The lower edge of the rising wedge is around 210. If it breaks below this level, there will be a significant pullback, falling to key support and then rebounding to the trendline before continuing the decline. If 210, or the EMA 200, holds, a lower high will form, and spot positions should be reduced. There are two possible scenarios: either a break below the rising wedge or a lower high. The monthly chart shows a triple top divergence, reminding me of BTC last year.
TSLA: TSLA is so far so good. It broke through the large bull flag on the weekly chart. As long as it remains above 400, the next targets are 430 and 450. A large consolidation range over five years is quite good.
AMZN: The monthly chart is similar to NVDA, with a rising wedge and a triple top divergence. 220 is the final defense point; it absolutely cannot be broken. APPL: Earnings report next week. The daily chart shows a rising wedge pattern. TTM PE is 40x, forward PE is 37x – too expensive. Will next week's earnings report sell the news? The trendline support is around 320; it absolutely cannot break below this level.
MSFT's earnings report was good, but it encountered resistance near the previous high of 550. GOOG broke below the EMA 200 and fell to near the low of March 30th (possibly following MSFT's trajectory in the first half of 2026, then announcing an AI agent valuation correction like META?). META (after breaking through the major downtrend line, it fell back into the consolidation range; it's estimated to start consolidating again).
