[Optimism Foundation Proposes to Refund Part of Orderer Fees to Ecosystem Partners to Incentivize OP Mainnet Growth] According to DeepFlow TechFlow on October 29th, the Optimism Foundation has proposed refunding orderer fees to some partners who bring key business activity to the OP Mainnet. The refunded funds will come from ETH transaction fee revenue generated by related transactions, rather than OP tokens. The proposal requires that the refund amount not exceed the fee revenue generated by the partners and sets activity milestones, fixed cooperation periods, and performance requirements. The Foundation also plans to disclose the percentage range of the total refund amount relative to orderer and priority transaction fee revenue in its annual budget report. This proposal is still pending governance approval.
