Today I conducted an experiment, letting AI automatically mine my Binance Agentic Wallet for free using my Agent ID.
The results were more interesting and more brutal than I expected. After Binance launched its .ai Agent ID, a ton of projects appeared on the BNB chain that could only be minted with an Agent ID wallet—NFTs, tokens, and passes, many of them free, requiring only gas payments. It sounds like freebies, but I wondered if ordinary people could actually get them?
Lesson One: By the time the news reaches you, most of it is already over.
I checked the lists circulating on Twitter one by one. Of the 22 "free minting" opportunities, over half were already full by the time I tried to mint, and the remaining free slots were also snapped up, requiring payment. One list, viewed by 180,000 people, disappeared in less than two days. In the end, I managed to get 7 each with my two Agent wallets, a total of 14, with a gas cost of only a few cents.
Lesson Two: The earlier you enter, the cheaper it is; if you wait, you'll only break even. There was a token minting event where the earliest 1 USDT could get 50 million tokens. Early adopters could sell them for hundreds or even thousands of USDT. When I entered the market, over 30,000 units had already been minted, and the price had risen to 2.32 USDT per unit, meaning I only got about 1.5 million tokens per unit. I spent 13.9 USDT to mint them, breaking even at the pool price. The reason is simple: as long as the minting price is lower than the pool price, someone will keep minting and selling, and the price difference is quickly eaten up by arbitrage.
Lesson Three: Security is more important than speed. I have my AI simulate every transaction on-chain to confirm three things: it's truly 0 USDT, no token authorization is required, and no assets in your wallet will be deducted. Only after all three are confirmed will the token be sent. I've also seen people on-chain embed malicious web page code directly into the token name, specifically attacking panels that display the token name. Free things are the easiest to lower your guard.
Lesson 4: Automation is truly useful. Since free minting is all about speed, I had an AI program run 24/7 on my computer, with some rules:
1. Whenever a new, Agent ID-only contract appears on the chain, both wallets simulate it. Once confirmed to be free and secure, it automatically mints and notifies me via Telegram.
2. After the pool opens, it automatically tracks the price. If there's no new high within minutes, new wallets are still entering, and trading volume starts to slow, it sells half, then sells the rest after a slight drop from the high.
3. It provides advance warnings when wallet logins or developer mode expire. Since the program runs locally, there's no need to keep the AI constantly active, and there are no extra fees.
In summary: Agent ID is real, but the benefits belong to those who know about it earliest and those with the fastest tools. Manually chasing it on Twitter will only allow you to catch the tail end.
The above is my own experimental record and does not constitute any investment advice. New projects are very risky; always simulate and check before minting. (DYOR)
