[Claude Enterprise Launches "Intelligent Reports," Calculating Usage and Costs by Team] According to Jinse Finance, on October 29th, Anthropic updated its Claude Help Center documentation, announcing the launch of "Intelligent Reports" for the Claude Enterprise plan. This feature analyzes team workflows using Claude, costs calculated by list prices, conversation friction points, and repetitive patterns worth packaging as shared skills. Reports can be limited to a single team, covering up to the past 28 days, and can be selected from products such as Chat, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. Filtering by group, department, or cost center is supported, and reports can be downloaded as HTML with drill-down functionality retained. Each organization can run 10 free reports per month; failed reports do not count towards the quota. This feature is disabled by default and must be enabled by the owner or primary owner in "Organization Settings > Features." Primary owners, owners, administrators, and custom roles with analytics viewing permissions can create and view reports. Reports typically take several hours to generate, and a notification will be sent via email upon completion. Organizations using Customer Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK), HIPAA configurations, or hybrid deployments of proprietary cloud inference are not eligible for this feature; if zero data retention is enabled for Claude Code, the report will not cover Claude Code. Anthropic states that sessions involving restricted topics are only for summary analysis, do not display summaries, and may not include custom questions; this feature may not be used to evaluate individual performance or make hiring decisions.
