As shown in Figure 1, when we analyzed the structure of BTC at the end of September, we mentioned that the decline from 87395 was a correction of the entire upward movement from 57800 to 87395. After this correction, the next upward movement would be of the same magnitude as the 57800-87395 movement. BTC is now approaching a critical turning point:
The overall correction structure is shown in Figure 2. 87395-79800 was the first wave of correction, and 79800-84898 was a rebound against it. The decline from 84898 within this path is of the same magnitude as the 87395-79800 movement. As long as it cannot break through 83260, the upward movement from 79220 is merely a rebound within the downward movement. If it cannot break through 81100 in the near future, the rebound has ended.
In my post two days ago, I specifically reminded everyone to watch the rebound starting from 79220, as there would be a shorting opportunity. True to our word, we're currently holding this short position.
After finding the endpoint of the decline that started at 84898, the entire correction that began at 87395 is expected to end, followed by a new round of upward movement. The green Gann angle line 2/1 (76400-75600) is a key level to watch, and the first and second weeks of November are particularly important.
