[Shanghai: Integrating Data, Computing Power, Software, Models, and Other Digital Services to Offer Free Trials or Discounts to SMEs] The Shanghai Municipal Government General Office issued the "Shanghai Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of SMEs," proposing to build a digital public service system that integrates data, computing power, software, models, and other digital services to offer free trials or discounts to SMEs; strengthen the overall coordination and scheduling of municipal-level intelligent computing power, optimize policies on computing power vouchers, model vouchers (token vouchers), and corpus vouchers, and expand their coverage to SMEs; implement the national pilot policy for digital transformation of SMEs, collect "small, fast, lightweight, and accurate" digital products, and assist specialized, refined, and innovative manufacturing SMEs in digital and intelligent transformation of production, quality inspection, energy consumption, and supply chain; and promote the preferential treatment of eligible SME projects in the first round of integrated circuit tape-out policies.
