Alipay says they haven't seen such blatant provocation in a long time—a cryptocurrency project directly announcing the launch of RMB OTC on Alipay Yesterday, Peer announced this feature, and not long after, @Alipay issued a bilingual statement to distance itself, their survival instincts practically overflowing. At first, I thought Peer had come up with some brilliant solution to the black money problem and could circumvent risk control, but then I realized their approach is completely hands-off; buyers and sellers make their own decisions, they just provide a simple transfer and lending function. Who would dare use that? It's already foreseeable that anyone using this will soon have their Alipay account blocked. What's even more difficult to comment on is that @jessepollak retweeted it two hours later... Doesn't the team understand Chinese people and offer some advice?
