☀️《Three-Dimensional Integrated Trading System|BTC Market Morning Express》
----FOMC meeting concluded, Warsh leans hawkish, the real test is yet to come.
Current price around 81,000. The Fed held rates steady in October, but the vote was 10-2, with two votes favoring a rate hike. BTC briefly rebounded above 81K, but didn't hold for long.
1. Bullish/Bearish Volume: The positive news has been priced in, but the bulls haven't capitalized on it.
The FOMC's decision not to raise rates was in line with expectations. BTC rebounded from 79,500 to around 81,800, but then fell back. On the four-hour chart, bullish volume is moderately increasing; 82K is the near-term resistance, and sustained buying is needed to break through.
Currently, bullish confidence and momentum are insufficient. Bearish volume is relatively weak, so a significant drop is unlikely in the short term!
2. On-Chain Data: Retail investors are moving coins, whales are taking profits.
Binance retail 30-day deposits more than doubled from $5.5 billion to $10.75 billion, a six-month high. Whale inflows decreased from $5.9 billion to $3.8 billion, a 36% drop.
Retail investors saw the rebound as an exit window, while whales didn't rush to sell.
Investors who bought in over the past two years have a cost basis concentrated above $87,000, while ETF holders have an average cost basis of around $81,500.
If the price continues to fall below $81,500, ETF holders will go from unrealized profits to unrealized losses, weakening on-chain support.
3. Structure: $81,500 is the ETF cost line and a short-term watershed.
BTC is fluctuating between $79,000 and $82,000. $82,000 is short-term resistance; a move above $82,500 is needed to rebuild confidence. $80,000 is psychological support, and $79,000 is the previous low. The price is still trading within the descending channel shown in the chart below, but daily trading volume is decreasing, indicating a divergence between price and volume. A significant rise or fall is unlikely; a catalyst is needed.
Key Analysis:
Brent crude oil closed at $112, and the possibility of action in the Middle East after the election continues to unfold.
Bitcoin prices are expected to maintain a narrow trading range before the midterm elections on November 3rd, or even gradually decline to above $78.00.
After the midterm elections, BTC prices will likely take a different direction. I predict that BTC prices will most likely choose a downward adjustment.
