My hunch is fed talks up hawkish tone to get market to tighten for them ahead of dec (market already tightening off expectation of another hike post midterms) otherwise seems like some behind doors coordination here between fed & treasury, notable (not sure if entirely dovish but definitely not hawkish either) potential an important month coming up
