[OpenAI Enables Users to Issue Tasks to Personal Agent Dot via SMS] ChatGPT posted on the X platform that users can now interact with their personal agent Dot via iMessage or RCS SMS, issuing tasks via text, images, or voice memos. Dot will also proactively send SMS updates on task progress. This feature is limited to messages between the user and Dot; Dot and OpenAI will not access the user's other SMS conversations. Currently, this feature is available in preview to US Pro users. OpenAI launched the Dot personal agent in late September.
