[NVIDIA Launches Local AI Speech Model, RTX Spark Adds Model and Agent Tool Support] NVIDIA announced that its Nemotron 3.5 Transcribe open-weighted speech model now supports RTX Spark, enabling speech transcription, speaker recognition, and translation, supporting 40 languages. Liquid AI's LFM3 series models are also supported, allowing for local running and fine-tuning. Furthermore, NVIDIA has added GPU resource management features, allowing users to allocate GPU computing power between foreground applications and background AI agents. RTX Spark laptops are currently available from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, and MSI, starting at $2,599, with up to 128GB of unified memory and up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI computing power.
