The proposal outlines a core budget for the period from July 2026 to June 2027 (the fourth budget cycle), with a total USDx quota cap of 40 million and a total MNT quota cap of 150 million. The budget covers expenditures such as human resources, administration and general management costs, marketing and distribution, ecosystem projects, infrastructure, and security. Fundraising and fund management strategies, liquidity provision and investment, and gas fees are not included in the budget. The budget will automatically renew every 12 months. If renewal is rejected, the existing budget and quota will be extended proportionally for a maximum of 3 months, solely for proposing and approving subsequent budget proposals. MNT holders must complete the delegation before the proposal goes to vote.
