[Hyperscale Data Hires Newmark for Non-Dilutive Debt Financing for Michigan AI Data Center] According to Jinse Finance, on October 28th, Hyperscale Data (GPUS), an AI data center company listed on the NYSE U.S. Board, announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Alliance Cloud Services (ACS), has hired commercial real estate services provider Newmark to find potential lenders for the development and expansion of its Michigan AI data center campus. The aim is to secure non-dilutive long-term debt financing, reducing reliance on issuing new common stock. Newmark previously secured a $7.1 billion construction loan for the Abilene AI data center project in Texas in 2025 and a $975 million financing for a new data center in Northern Virginia in 2026. Operated by ACS, the campus has already entered into a 10-year master service agreement with a new California-based cloud service provider, initially offering 20 megawatts of critical AI computing capacity. The customer has two five-year renewal options and a right of first refusal for an additional 32 megawatts of capacity, for a maximum total capacity of 52 megawatts. The company expects the first 10 megawatts of capacity to be powered up and begin generating revenue in December 2026.
