President Trump reshared a post that says Trump’s endorsement of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu turned the tide of the Israeli election. 🇮🇱 🇮🇷 Before his October 18 endorsement, every major poll had Netanyahu losing. Eisenkot’s Yashar party was consistently outpolling Likud, the opposition bloc was projected to win comfortably, and the Israeli media consensus was that Netanyahu’s career was effectively over. Something changed in the final stretch, and the most significant thing that happened in that window was Trump’s endorsement. Trump did not just say vote for Netanyahu, he told Israeli voters, in plain language, that the United States would finish the job against Iran with Netanyahu.
