[Hang Seng US-Hong Kong Tech Index to Include Anthropic, with Simultaneous Adjustment of Compilation Methodology] Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited announced that the Hang Seng US-Hong Kong Tech Index will add Anthropic, PBC (stock code: ANT.O) to its list of designated US-listed constituent stocks, provided that Anthropic confirms its listing. The weighting of the nine US-listed constituent stocks will be recalculated to equal weight after the close of trading on the seventh trading day following Anthropic's listing. The new constituent stocks and their weightings will take effect on the eleventh trading day. The index will also update its stock selection criteria, constituent stock selection methodology, fast-track inclusion mechanism, and replacement rules for temporarily removed constituent stocks, and add liquidity requirements. The new methodology will be adopted from the index review ending September 30, 2026, with the relevant constituent stock changes taking effect on December 14. The index name and code will remain unchanged.
