[Announcement Regarding the Delisting of 4 Instruments including XAUAUD and XAUEUR from Gate CFD] To better optimize the product structure and improve the trading experience, Gate CFD will delist the following 4 instruments from the trading market. Details are as follows: I. Affected Instruments and Timelines Instrument Code | Instrument Name | Entry | Position Reduction Only | Forced Liquidation | Settlement XAUAUD | Gold/Australian Dollar | October 29, 2026 | October 30, 2026 XAUEUR | Gold/Euro | October 29, 2026 | October 30, 2026 XAUJPY | Gold/Japanese Yen | October 29, 2026 | October 30, 2026 XAGAUD | Silver/Australian Dollar | October 29, 2026 | October 30, 2026 The times listed in the table are platform server time (GMT+3). II. Specific Arrangements Starting October 29, 2026, the trading markets for the aforementioned instruments will be adjusted to a position-reduction-only mode: new positions and additional positions will no longer be supported, and related opening orders will be unavailable. The closing function will remain unaffected; you can continue to close existing positions (including position reductions). Take-profit and stop-loss orders are considered closing orders; existing take-profit and stop-loss orders will remain valid and can be executed normally. On October 30, 2026, Gate will forcibly liquidate open positions at market price, and the trading markets for the aforementioned instruments will then be officially shut down, ceasing trading services. Any unexecuted orders will be automatically cancelled. After this takes effect, previously submitted unexecuted opening orders will fail to execute if they reach the trigger condition due to the inability to open positions. If you have any related trading arrangements in progress, it is recommended that you adjust them promptly according to the new market conditions. If you have open positions in the aforementioned markets, you only have one trading day to process them. Please adjust your strategy as soon as possible and complete the closing before October 30, 2026; otherwise, you will be subject to forced liquidation. III. Important Notes During the position reduction period, the contract specifications, leverage ratios, and pricing methods for the above-mentioned products will remain unchanged; position profits and losses will continue to fluctuate normally with the underlying asset price until you close your position yourself or are subject to forced settlement. Profits and losses from forced liquidation will be credited to your CFD account balance. After settlement, the trading market for the above-mentioned products will be officially delisted. This delisting is limited to the above four products only. Gold, silver, and other precious metals priced in US dollars are unaffected and can continue to be traded normally. Please manage your positions appropriately according to your own trading strategy and risk tolerance. IV. Risk Warning Precious metal prices are affected by factors such as supply and demand, interest rates, geopolitics, and exchange rules, and may fluctuate significantly. The above-mentioned products are priced in non-US dollar currencies such as Australian dollars, euros, and Japanese yen. Their prices are affected not only by the price movement of the precious metals themselves but also by the exchange rate fluctuations of the corresponding currencies, and the volatility may be greater than that of similar products priced in US dollars. After entering the position reduction mode, market liquidity may change, and spreads and trading conditions may be more unfavorable than usual; as the forced settlement date approaches, prices and trading conditions may change further. Please assess the risks of your holdings in advance and manage your position size accordingly. If you have any questions about this adjustment, please contact us through our online customer service. Thank you for your understanding and support. Gate Team October 28, 2026
