[Global Web3 Flagship Event to be Held in Hong Kong for Three Consecutive Years] It was an honor to attend, as a witness, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic partnership between the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) and CoinDesk, a globally renowned digital asset media and data platform! Over the past few years, CoinDesk’s Consensus summit held in Hong Kong has generated an enthusiastic response from the industry. At the signing ceremony, CoinDesk announced that Consensus has been confirmed to continue holding this flagship industry event in Hong Kong for three consecutive years from 2027 to 2029. As a long-term promoter of Web3 and innovation and technology (I&T) development, I believe this decision is not only a "vote of confidence" from the international community in Hong Kong's business environment, but will also continue to bring together global fintech and digital asset leaders. More importantly, this will further consolidate Hong Kong’s leading position as an "international I&T center," a "financial center," and an "events capital." I will continue to work hard to attract more international-level summits and events to Hong Kong, driving the booming development of tourism, hospitality, dining, retail, and other sectors through a high-value-added economy, and letting the world see Hong Kong's endless vitality!
