When I first saw Sun buying Pepe in large quantities, I thought it was just a wallet cleanup on the Poloniex exchange. After all, he had sold most of his ETH and hadn't bought it back yet. This morning, I saw this on my homepage, and Sun hasn't come out to deny it for several days. But then I thought about it, and it's not surprising.
